Parent Assistant
Parent Assistant currently has a software bug.
Assignments will not appear if the current date is after the assignment due date. The software vendor is working on a fix. In the meantime, there is a workaround. You can set the FROM date to one year earlier than the TO date. For example, set the FROM date to 9/11/2008 and the TO date to 9/11/2009. As always, if you have specific concerns, please contact your student's teacher
Parent assist is a web-based tool that will allow you to review your student's attendance, assignments, grades, and more. The usernames and passwords are issued to parents and will remain the same each year.
Use the links on the right sidebar to download a Parent Assistant account request form if you did not at enrollment and would like to get one. Other links include the user guide and a link to the Parent Assistant website.
If you already have an account or have filled out and turned in your paperwork (see directions below) you can click here to login now. Otherwise, you will need to fill out the appropriate paperwork and submit it to the Heights office. You must have ID when turning in your paperwork.
Heights parents that have not logged in previously are able to access student information via parent assist now! Parents NEW to parent assist and have filled out the appropriate paperwork can access it by signing on using your first initial last name and your birth date month and day. An example for Jane Doe with a birthday of February 29th Login is: jdoe0229
Initial passwords for first time logins are the last four digits of your social security number with two zeros prior to the numbers. If the last four digits of your SSN is 5555 your initial password is: 005555. You will be prompted to change your password. Passwords need to be 6 to 10 characters long. To get your password changed please, call Sheri Arnold and be ready with your passcode at 973-1402.
Note: Parent Assist requires a password of 6-10 characters, and you will be prompted to change it when you first log in. If you have trouble logging in or changing your password, you can contact Sheri Arnold at 973-1402, for additional assistance.
